Wow, It's been how long!?

Over two and half years since I have posted anything.  And boy have things changed since then.  All the kids are in school.  Ben is in fourth grade.  Hannah is in second and my baby Claire is now in kindergarten.  What the crap my baby is in kindergarten.  Where the heck did the time go!?  But time very well spent!!

They are not the only ones in school.  I have also gone to school to try my hand at Radiology Technology.  Some of the classes are great and some are not the greatest but all in all not doing to horrible at the whole college thing.  I must say though I so miss my crafting and blogging.  Even if no one is reading the blog it takes my mind off all the dishes and laundry that I will have to do sometime in the near future.  Blah.  But that's what a mommy does and wouldn't trade for anything.

Well here's to a new start.

These couple of pictures are of Claire wearing one of her Birthday presents.  Her Hello Kitty headphones not my phone.  She wears them at least once a day.  She absolutely loves them.

The beach in January

Last weekend we got in the car and drove over to Surfside Beach, SC.  It is about 20 miles south of Myrtle Beach and oh about 4 hours from us.  We went down there to visit Doug's grandparents who have been traveling down from Cuba, NY.  They come down from January to April, I think.  Anyway, we decided we would take a golf cart ride around the village they stay in and then go to the beach.  Well the golf cart wasn't running to good and Doug had to get out and push a couple of times while we were touring the village, so we decided to take the car to the beach.  Pretty funny had to be there.  We finally made to the beach.  It was the kids first time to the ocean.  They were a little disappointed when we told them we were just walking on the beach looking for shells and no we did not bring their swimsuits.  But they still had fun.

We walked and picked up shells.

       And tried not to get wet.

                                    It was a little windy but still a beautiful day for a walk.
